Student admission procedure by CAMPUS FRANCE

If you are foreigner, not graduated of a French University, and living in one of the following countries below, You must use the online CEF procedure:

Student not concerned by CAMPUS FRANCE admission procedure

Each applicant must:

  • Download and complete the APPLICATION FORM of the Master
  • Provide pdf of the documents required below:
    - Passport (or identity card) and birth certificate
    - Degree certificate (Equivalent to 60 ECTS at master level). This document can be sent later if final results or not yet available.
    - Markshee
    - Statement of purpose (motivation letter)
    - English proficiency test result
    - Full postal address for all official correspondence
    - Optional – internship certificates and recommendation letters
  • Send the application form and required documents (as pdf files) to the Office of Education of the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies
    - by e-mail at : fst-scol-etranger@univ-lorraine.fr
    - or by postal mail at :

The deadline for application is the 3rd June 2023

Student selection
  • Whatever the procedure used for student application, each candidate file will be submitted to the competent committee for advice. The Office of Education will keep you informed about the decision as soon as possible.
  • To note: Incomplete application files will be rejected
  • When receiving Your agreement admission in the program by the Office of Education, the document allows You to start the procedure to get a visa (visa D student).

  • University of Lorraine applies moderate tuition fees for its Master’s Programmes.
