  - 4 representatives of the following departments : engineering, administrative, technical, social and health
  - 3 representatives of undergraduate students
  - 3 representatives of Master students
  - 1 representatives of Doctoral students
• 9 external members
• Ex-officio members in an advisory capacity
• Permanent guests

The Board deliberates and votes on :

• The amendment of the articles (absolute majority of the current members required)
• The development and modification of internal regulation (absolute majority of the current members required)
• The general organisation of the Faculty
• The budget, the allocation of funds, the approval of accounts
• The logistics and maintenance of patrimony
• The definition of the academic programs of the Faculty
• The organisation of teachings and the procedures of control of knowledge
• The requests for publication, transformation and creation of IATSS and teachers positions
• The contracts and agreement projects

In restricted composition :

Any questions related to the individual careers of teachers and the organisation of their department.
